We started with small User and thought it is not enough but as the time pass it pretty clear we lag at few things there were bugs in sites, but we managed everything. We realised this is good we have small User base. You can your business according to that.

We have started site on 14 April, 2021 and today we have 230 Students 71 videos online our Site. We Never thought we will reach this mark this soon and as Lockdown Condition is there.
Achievements
Last Month We have Crossed around 7.5k+ views and we just have reached out to our close ones and have just started with 100 Students. And Now we have gained 1.5k+ views in a week.
Source Of Income
Right now we have limited source of income Like Google Ads, Ads for other and we don’t charge Students for the Site Usage. We want the Site to be free for Students as long as possible, We don’t to ruin their interest.
Working Culture
We have very small team of 4 people and our Developer team consist only 1 person so he(‘ME’) generally works on Weekend and other people work on Weekdays. Now we are in Development phase and we try to release our new update every week.
I will Keep updating our Journey so it will help others to Start also.
